Your new Coign card can take up to 14 business days to arrive. Delays can happen depending on the challenges the postal system faces.
If your card has not arrived after 14 business days have elapsed, please reach out to us at (833) 690-2471 during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 7am - 6pm CST
Saturday: 9am - 2pm CST
My card is damaged, how can I request a new one?
