Introduction
Your Coign statements are delivered electronically each month, and you can view or download past statements anytime from the mobile app or the desktop portal. This article covers how electronic statements are sent, how to find them in your account, and how to request paper statements instead.
How will I receive my electronic statements?
In alignment with your monthly billing cycle, you’ll receive an automated email at the email address associated with your account. It contains a link to download and view your statement. This is an automatic service, and there’s no need to enroll.
Can I view my statements online?
If you're in the mobile app or the desktop portal, the method to view your statement will be the same. First, click on "View Statements":
From this screen, you can click on the monthly statement you’re interested in.
You can have the statement emailed to the email address associated with your account (Send by email). You can also download the statement to your computer or mobile device (Download as PDF or Download as CSV).
What if I want paper statements?
If you prefer to receive paper statements, you can request paper statements by contacting us at 833-690-2471 during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 7am - 6pm CST
Saturday: 9am - 2pm CST
