With your Coign app you're able to opt-in to a variety of account notifications, which will alert you when a certain account related action takes place. These alerts are user selectable from directly within your mobile app.
What kind of account notifications are available?
With your Coign card app you're able to set up notifications for a variety of account related events, like transactions, bill due reminders, when your account is frozen or unfrozen, and many others. You can also decide in what channel you'd like to receive these notifications. For example, via email, SMS, push, or in the Notification Center. Not all notifications are available in every channel, and some are required, and can't be turned off, like receiving your statement notification via email.
How do I set up account notifications?
To start receiving account notifications you'll need to enable them from within your mobile app. Access the Notifications section from the dashboard, and then tap on the notification settings button.
