Is it a requirement to use the Coign app?
If you do not wish to use the Coign app, you are able to access your online account through our website at https://www.coign.com/. From there, you can click "Login" to access your online account.
If you are on a mobile device, the login icon will appear as a person in the top right-hand side of the page.

Why can't I create an online account?
You must have applied and been approved for the Coign card in order to create an online account. If you have been approved and still are unable to create your online account, please feel free to reach out to us at (833) 690-2471 during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 7am - 6pm CST
Saturday: 9am - 2pm CST
What email do I use for my online account?
When you create your online account, you must use the email you applied with. Once your online account has been created, you can update your email by clicking the person icon in the top right hand corner and then clicking "Account Information".
Will a secondary cardholder have their own online account?
No, only the primary cardholder will have an online account. Secondary cards will be managed through the primary's account.
