Does Coign offer any zero Annual Percentage Rate balance transfers?
At this time, we do not have any promotional Annual Percentage Rate for balance transfers. We are always implementing new features, and services, so keep an eye out for updates!

What is the maximum balance transfer amount?
The maximum amount you are able to transfer will equal your credit limit. What this means, is that if you have a credit limit of $10,000, your maximum transfer amount will be $10,000.
How do I initiate a balance transfer?
You can request a balance transfer directly through your online account. You can click on "Balance Transfer" on the home page of the mobile app or desktop portal.
Here, you can click "Request balance transfer" to initiate a balance transfer. Make sure to enter the bank's address when filling out the balance transfer request form.
Can I set up a balance transfer over the phone?
Unfortunately, the only way to initiate a balance transfer is through the mobile app or the desktop portal.
How long does it take for my Balance Transfer to go through?
Once you’ve successfully requested a Balance Transfer, Coign will begin the process immediately. You should see the balance transfer amount appear on your transactions list and on the Balance Transfer screen within 24 hours. This is to ensure that you don’t go over your credit limit while we process your Balance Transfer request. The process of Coign completing the Balance Transfer is usually completed within 3 weeks, or 15 business days.
Can I cancel or change a Balance Transfer request after it is submitted?
Once a Balance Transfer request has been submitted it can’t be changed from the mobile app. To make any changes, or to cancel the request, you’ll have to call Customer Service at 833-690-2471 within 24 hours of initiating your request.
Why was my Balance Transfer request rejected?
A Balance Transfer request can be rejected for several reasons. If your request is rejected, you’ll get an email notifying you of the rejection and the accompanying reason(s).
